Rachel Frank is an award-winning filmmaker who is based in Los Angeles, California. She specializes in first assistant directing, producing and directing.

Originally from Florida, she knew at a young age that her passion in life was to create films. Since the age of ten she has been making short films.

She got a degree in film at the University of Central Florida and has since then been working in the film industry full time. She’s done a variety of projects from music videos and commercials to feature films.

She spent her college career making a feature length documentary, Thriver: A Survivor Story, which focuses around her best friend’s journey with stage four metastatic breast cancer. This film went through an international film festival circuit and ended up winning numerous awards.

After college she directed an experimental short about mental health entitled My Intrusive Thoughts. This film is currently going through a film festival run.

Her most well known film she has AD’d would be a feature length narrative film entitled Egghead & Twinkie. This film is a coming of age story about coming out.
